By accessing or using tvinc's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
tvinc provides curated digital and printed travel itineraries, road trip route guides, and related content for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. By placing an order, you authorize tvinc to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Digital products (PDF itineraries, GPS waypoints, audio commentary) are delivered to your registered email address within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. Printed guides are shipped within 3–5 business days via standard carrier. tvinc is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Printed guides may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order number.
All content on this site — including route guides, maps, photographs, itineraries, text, and design — is the exclusive property of tvinc and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tvinc content without express written permission.
You agree not to use tvinc services for any unlawful purpose, to resell or commercially exploit any purchased content, to scrape or harvest data from the site, or to interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
tvinc's itineraries and route guides are provided for informational purposes only. Road conditions, business hours, park access, and attraction availability may change without notice. tvinc does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any route information and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tvinc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any purchased content. tvinc's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
tvinc may terminate or suspend your account and access to services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, tvinc, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
